What temperature is the oxygen gas being administered to the patient?

The temperature of the gas at the outlet of the ALOX is within 20 deg of ambient temperature, which is already safe for breathing. Once the gas travels through the lines in the ambulance, the temperature of the gas is most likely at the ambient temperature within the ambulance.
